Pricing is straightforward. No hidden costs. No complicated invoices.
Members are charged a monthly fee which is automatically deducted from the account of your choice (bank.VISA, HSA, FSA, etc).
With a membership, patients can freely access Dr. Peffley and the clinical services he provides. No Co-pays. No deductibles. No additional charges, regardless of how often you access care.

| Nursing Home / Care Facility Resident | $100/month |
| Adult Couple | $135/month |
| Single Parent, 2-4 Children | $105/month |
| 2 Parents, 2-4 Children | $160/month |
| For 5-8 Children, add | $10/child/month |
Non-Members
| CDL (D.O.T.) Physical | $200 |
| Newborn Circumcision | $250 |
| Vasectomy (including consult, pathology, confirmation testing) | $700 |
| BOTOX for TMJ | $500 |
