Direct Primary Care removes any barriers to accessing Dr. Peffley and the services he provides.
DocPeff DPC is NOT insurance. It is a subscription service. For a monthly membership fee, access Dr. Peffley and his services as much as you need. He can provide 85-90% of your healthcare needs in the office. For those things he cannot provide (specialist or hospital-based services), it is recommended that you have some form of insurance.

Lab Services
Blood work, cultures, or pathology specimens are available at WHOLESALE cost, but CAN be billed to insurance based on patient preference.
Imaging Studies
Imaging Studies will be contracted through various facilities The cost of an ultrasound, X-ray, or MRI may cost less than a traditional insurance deductible/co-pay.
Meds/Aesthetics
Allergy shots and medications dispensed in the office are charged at *near* wholesale cost as a convenience factor.
Aesthetic Medicine consultations are available. Pricing varies according to treatment plan.

5. Fees are automatically deducted as a credit charge or ACH deposit, as determined by the prospective patient.
6. Membership is on a monthly basis and can be discontinued by either physician or patient. Any reimbursements or refunds will be made available within 5 business days.
