Pricing is straightforward. No hidden costs. No complicated invoices.
Members are charged a monthly fee which is automatically deducted from the account of your choice (bank.VISA, HSA, FSA, etc).
With a membership, patients can freely access Dr. Peffley and the clinical services he provides. No Co-pays. No deductibles. No additional charges, regardless of how often you access care.

| Adult Couple | $135 / month |

| 2 Parents, 2-4 Children | $160 / month |
| For 5-8 Children, add | $25 / month |
