Direct Primary Care Model

DPC is NOT medical insurance. It is a membership model that provides patients unlimited access to their physician.

A monthly membership fee will be automatically deducted from the account of your choice. In return, patients have access to Dr. Peffley and the services he provides. There are NO extra fees regardless of how many services Dr. Peffley provides.

Additional insurance is recommended to cover labs, imaging, specialist consultation, surgeries, or hospitalizations.

Dr. Peffley will also be able to secure WHOLESALE costs for labs, imaging, and medications. Patients will have the option to either have these items billed to their insurance or be directly billed for a contracted price.
